Undertaking Alone or in Pairs?
If you want to start a business, there is often the question
of whether it is done alone or with others, two for example. In reality, you
never really create alone because business projects are often launched with
shared ideas, family, relatives, friends at first. Being aware of the importance
of your environment right away is essential because it is very likely that your
business or company will grow to the point of involving third parties, not just
partners or new collaborators.

- We are never really alone
- Is it better for two?
- Cumulative activities
The impact of third parties on starting a business alone
But why are you starting a business? Why aren't you just an
employee? Why go out on your own when others can help you? So many questions that
the entourage is used to asking and for which you need a minimum of listening
before forming your own opinion. While it is true that advice on setting up a
business is useful, the entourage can sometimes represent a constraint in all
social circles of society. It is not uncommon especially in female
entrepreneurship that a business ends up becoming the cause of a divorce or
separation.
Listen to your loved ones but especially the professionals
of business support
Why do we never create alone?
In the same way, launching your own activity alone at the “I
made myself alone” is a joke. A business is above all meetings, changes of
course, opportunities that make the activity never really work alone. Even in
micro-enterprises, we are not alone; We already have customers and suppliers
who can become real partners over time… And it is even advisable that this
becomes so.
In society, even one-person, it's the same. In addition to
the fact that there is the statute of the leader and the moral personality of
the company (that already makes two finally), one quickly finds oneself with a
dialogue with thirds which are a component which makes it possible to leave
rather easily the isolation.
The family is also involved; As soon as you [did not] listen
to it, that you launched yourself, you embark it willy-nilly with you in the
adventure.
Is Two Better?
Love for two, why not, but to associate is, in any case, a
sort of marriage; We share the fruit of an activity with a third party who must
really bring you something (funds, a skill that you do not have, etc.). Make
sure that your partner really brings you something if not avoid having it.
Regarding employees, consider orienting yourself towards
people who master aspects that you do not master yourself even if you are alone
at the start. There must be real added value in collaboration, expertise even
if it is possible. Do not take an employee simply to free yourself up time to
go on vacation; Take it over time to bring added value to the know-how of your
entity or organization. So enrich your business card to continue to progress
and this time allow you to free up time for, in addition to managing, selling
more or better, spending partnerships, managing better, etc.
Combination of Activities Alone or in Pairs
Do you want to combine activities? Micro-enterprise can
fully meet this need. On the other hand, it is sometimes impossible from a
regulatory point of view to do so; This is particularly the case for
entrepreneurs who buy a pharmacy. In this case, you cannot combine your
pharmacist activity with something else (basically, that is understandable).
On the other hand, it is quite difficult to free up time
when one undertakes things thoroughly. It is not uncommon to see business
leaders working a minimum of 70 hours a week. This leaves little time for
others, family, friends. Accumulating activities is therefore in a way a feat,
especially when you create alone 🙂
